Special Gunpowder "Temple of Heaven" - China

Smooth, refined, and of the highest quality – a classic reimagined.

Also known as “Zucha” or “Pearl Tea,” this Gunpowder is slowly dried in rotating drums following traditional methods. The constant movement shapes the leaves into tight, uniform pellets – a mark of superior quality. Compared to standard grades, its flavour is softer and less astringent, making it a pleasant choice at any time of day. For an even milder cup, simply discard the first infusion – this also removes much of the quickly released caffeine.

Brewing suggestion: 4–5 level teaspoons per litre, 75–80 °C, 1–3 minutes.
