Shipping policy

Delivery Time: Products are prepared for shipping within 5 business days, plus the delivery time of the courier (Die Post). Please note that the seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is handled by Die Post and calculated individually at checkout.

Free Shipping: Free delivery for orders above 100 CHF.

Shipping Zone: Products are shipped from Switzerland to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Returns & Refunds:

• The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days by contacting us via email at Kontakt@SpillTheTea.ch

• Please contact us first to receive detailed return instructions. The date of your email counts as the start of the return period.

• Once the return is confirmed by email, the customer has 7 days to send the package back.

• Due to the nature of food products, teas, herbal blends, rooibos, coffee or other food items can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging. This ensures consumer protection and food safety.

• Refunds are issued after we have received and checked the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
