Green Tea: Mango La®ssi [Mango-Yoghurt]

Fruity, creamy, and inspired by the Indian classic.

What could be more refreshing on a hot summer day than a mango lassi? Our tea taster Lars thought the same – and transformed this beloved Indian drink into an irresistible green tea creation. The base is a premium green tea from northern India, known for its wiry leaves and full-bodied taste. The tea’s gentle astringency is perfectly balanced by the soft, creamy flavour of ripe mango.

Brewing suggestion: 4–5 teaspoons per litre, 75–80 °C, 2–3 minutes.
